How are your Lichtenberg products made?

We pass a current of between 2000 and 1000 volts of electricity between two points in a piece of wood. The current jumps from grain to grain towards the opposing point creating a 'tree' or 'lightning' like effect. We then scrub the charred wood out of the burns and fill with highly pigmented epoxy resin.
Do you do custom sizes?

Yes! Our sizing options are based solely on our best selling sizes. We can make whichever size you would like (within reason) and the ordering process is quick and easy. Just get in touch!
How long will it take for my piece to arrive?

Current lead time is 7 working days. Each piece is hand cut, planed, burned, resined, sanded, polished and oiled by us. This is a process that takes a few days. Please take a look at our 'ready to go' products if you are in a hurry.
